Returns & Exchanges Policy
We're always happy for customers to swap a book that wasn't quite right or to issue a TLB voucher for the amount of the returned book, which can then be used within the next 6 months. Please bear the following in mind when looking to return or exchange a book:
- Exchanges must be made within a month of purchase
- We will need to see a receipt for the returning book as proof of purchase
- In lieu of a receipt, we're happy to accept a line on your bank statement under our trading name which matches the price of the goods being returned
- Books must be returned in good, resaleable condition
- We do not offer monetary returns except in extraordinary instances, which we reserve the right to decide
- We reserve the right to deny exchanges and returns if the above conditions are not met
As a small, independent business, issuing monetary returns is not financially viable for us. But, as experts in bookselling with access to ordering a huge range of books, we can almost always find and order whatever you're after!
With regards to event tickets, we are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend an event after purchasing a ticket. However, should we ever need to cancel an event, ticket holders will of course be reimbursed.
